 The Send IM dialog suggests buddies whose starting alias/email string
 matches whatever it is being written.

 Sometimes we don't remember the exact starting string, but a phrase/word
 in the middle/end of the alias/email of our buddy. If we type this in, the
 dialog won't suggest or buddy for completion.

 This dialog should look for the entered string anywhere in the buddy's
 information fields, be it name, alias, email or any other information
 found no matter where it is found in the matching string (beginning,
 middle or end), pretty much as it it is done in Gmail.

 Also, the mere textfield should have autocompletion in-line once there is
 only one matching string, such as the Launcher (Alt-F2) many Linux
 distributions have noawadays or the cell autocompletion found in some
 spreadsheet software.
