 There is currently no way to set the global proxy info.

 If the UI wants to change the global proxy configuration, the only way is
 to get the current global proxy info and change the content of each field
 of the structure by using the various purple_proxy_info_set_ functions.

 This is not convenient, especially if the UI wants to have several proxy
 configuration and switch between them.
