 It came back with...can't find server name for address ***.***.*.***: non-
 existent domain
 default servers not available
 server unknown
 address ***.***.*.***

 DNS request timed out.
 timeout was 2 seconds.
 Request to unknown timed-out.

 I asterisked where the numbers would be, for privacy. If you need those
 numbers, I'll provide them. Does this error message help?
