 As suggested in #7578, I would also suggest showing the buddy name in
 ''italic'' when it is marked for "appear permanently offline".
 This is the behaviour of the Yahoo Messenger client as well, and in Pidgin
 it could be done in a generic way, available for any protocol that
 supports this concept.

 Also, in finch, the text GUI could mark /bunny_name/ as a way of
 highlighting this, or a different color (?)
