 Aha, we're aware of that - the real bug is in the other client that
 initiating the bogus stanza (see #7290 for details).

 The crashing you're seeing here isn't related.  I think it might actually
 be fixed by [e05d46b1a88dfa81c3cc655bf9ab3e90bb6be828].
