 Hi.

 The last commited are something experimental.

 The error: "SIP/2.0 400 Malformed Contact +sip.instance parameter", I
 guess what is the problem but I need the output from (pidgin -d > output).

 With the error segmentation fault is very strange. Please send a gdb
 output more complete. The last change tries to get the Mac Address from
 your network interface. But of course only works under Linux.
