Comment:

 If you are in fact using 2.4.3 then you need to update first and see if
 the bug still exists. You also need to calm down, your tone suggests that
 you assume this is something we did on purpose, and a combative tone is
 never a good way to start when you are requesting that people spend time
 helping you.

 You should also search for tickets before posting new bugs, as this is
 almost certainly the same issue as ticket #4442 (which as you will notice
 is marked as having been fixed in 2.5.2).
