 Dragging buddies may seem a bit too much, however, the reporter is indeed
 very very correct (did I say very?) that inviting several people to a
 conference is glacially slow and cumbersome.

 I often use the Yahoo conference, and compared to the native client where
 you can select a whole group to invite, in Pidgin you have to choose them
 1 by 1. And I'm not sure but you can't even send invites to offline
 people. Problematic when some people stay invisible all the time. Imagine
 having to invite 14 people 1 by 1! You can't also send a message to
 multiple recipients, but I'm not sure that's still within this bug
 report's range.

 This is the only thing Pidgin lacks for me. But it is a show stopper. I
 can't recommend Pidgin to my friends precisely because of this. It's that
 bad.
