 The ordering of states in jabber_buddy_find_resource seems wrong to me.

 I don't think Unavailable (i.e. offline) should be given a higher priority
 than extended away (and it almost certainly shouldn't be on the same level
 as away and dnd).

 Attached patch reorders it to between XA and unknown/error (so it's
 basically the least-preferable).

 This has never come up in usage because the prpl (currently) removes
 resources when it receives an unavailable presence.
