 I think we need to ask what we are trying to make easier before we can
 really come up with a good way to fix it. So caseyho, what exactly are you
 doing in the Plugins dialog when you have the problem you filed this
 ticket about?

 At the moment I think having radio buttons of that sort seems entirely
 unhelpful in any meaningful way.
