Comment:

 Switch GTK+ themes or change your Windows default font settings (assuming
 you are using the Windows GTK+ theme). You don't necessarily have to
 actually change which font you have Windows using, you can try switching
 fonts away and then back. This issue seems to occasionally still occur
 with certain fonts for certain people, sometimes choosing a different font
 is necessary, sometimes just triggering a font change is all that is
 needed.
