 To be more specific, the bug seems half-fixed. For me, Pidgin says I have
 new mail while in fact, when I click the notification, a window pops up
 and says "<account> has X new messages" and below that I see the subjects
 of the messages, so it is counting too much new mail. If this is too vague
 I can upload a screenshot.
