 pentor: Pidgin's AOL connection uses a login process similar to AIM 5.9.
 It does NOT use certificates in any way.  Looking at the debug log it
 looks like the server is disconnecting Pidgin.  I don't know if that's
 some FaceTime server or an AOL server.
