 Whenever I attempt to send a file, the receiving buddy claims that they
 clicked accept and there's an error. On my end, I see a "*buddy *canceled
 the transfer of *file*" message. If I am receiving the file, I click
 transfer, and then I get the same message. File transfers do not work for
 me on any network to my knowledge.
