 Thanks. Yes, I did try downgrading to the old GTK+ 2.12.12 version, and
 yes it did fix the (null) issue in QQ. However, now I have new GUI issues
 with pidgin. Sometimes, I will click on a contact, and the wrong one opens
 up. Pidgin has also crashed a few times since I downgraded the GTK+.
