Old description:

New description:

 After upgrading to 2.5.2, buddies that are set to be shown while offline
 will only appear if you toggle 'Show Offline Buddies' on and then off.

 Reproduction Steps:
  1. Set someone to be shown while offline.
  2. Exit Pidgin.
  3. Start Pidgin.
  4. The person you set will not appear.
  5. Go to Buddies->Show->Offline Buddies. Turn it on.
  6. Go to Buddies->Show->Offline Buddies. Turn it off.
  7. The buddy you set in set will now show.
