 I have a simliar, if not the same problem which is just a visual problem.
 Often times when buddies change status from idle>non-idle and non-
 idle>idle the buddies "duplicate".

 What I mean by that is I'll 15~ buddies listed twice with the same idle
 times with another 20 buddies listed fine. As soon as I mouse over the
 duplicates they disappear and the list begins to "fix" itself. I have to
 scroll up and down over all the duplicate buddies to have the list
 completely fixed. This happens often, and I've noticed it for a very long
 time with a lot of old versions as well as the most current version.
