 If neither of Datallah's suggestions work, try clearing out %TEMP% and/or
 %TMP%. I've seen a similar issue with NSIS on Vista where an embedded
 installer didn't have permission to overwrite a temp file, although I'm
 not sure if this would apply with Pidgin's installer.
