 i found something interesting in debug log.

 (21:30:27) oscar: Sending IM, charset=0x0003, charsubset=0x0000, length=9
 (21:31:00) oscar: Parsing IM part, charset=0x0000, charsubset=0x0000,
 datalen=24

 I've sent message with charset 0003,but received with 0000.
