 using pidgin 2.5 on Ubuntu 8.04, i pasted a long link to a friend.  If i
 had the window what i consider to be "normal size" (about 1/4 the size of
 my screen), then pidgin would crash.  if i resized the window wide enough
 that the link wouldn't need to be wrapped, everything was fine.  i could
 reproduce this consistently with lines of text that would need to be
 wrapped, but couldn't be broken (ie, no spaces, etc.)
