 I have an observation that may be related to the one described below.

 I have noticed that Pidgin apparently adds the following user to my
 contacts: support.service @ live.com. I can delete or block this user from
 my MSN Client, but I cannot see it from my Pidgin client. To begin with, I
 thought my MSN Messenger adds the user, but now I am not so sure.

 Because, when I BLOCK support.service @ live.com from my MSN Client, close
 down that client and open up my Pidgin client, the "Unable to add user.
 Unknown error (241)" message appears.

 When I instead DELETE support.service @ live.com from my MSN Client, close
 down that client and open up my Pidgin client, no error message appears
 but when I later on open my MSN Client the support.service @ live.com
 appears.

 Could it be that the user, Pidgin cannot add is support.service @
 live.com? And if so, who/what is this user?
