#7418: Must include the CA cert in the server certificate chain

 1. I created a ca cert.[[BR]]
 2. Then created a server cert signed by the ca[[BR]]
 3. added the ca cert to the ca-certs directory[[BR]]

 Now the only way I can get pidgin to recognize the server cert is to
 include the ca cert in the server cert chain (i'm using ejabberd). It
 doesn't seem as though i should have to include the ca cert on the server.
