Comment:

 I believe this is going to be Windows Vista attempting to 'center' dialogs
 on top of their parents, and not something we are doing nor really have
 control over. If you move your buddy list around you should always be
 seeing the windows appearing centered (even apparently when that means
 falling off the screen). I'm not at all convinced this is something we
 should be working around, if in fact I am correct.
