#6663: "Protocol" is a wee bit geeky when setting up an account

Comment(by deryni):

In the current dialog the basic tab is the absolutely required items for
an account to connect (the Login Options, which is why the Local Alias was
just moved from there). And the simple, easy to understand, non-connection
specific account settings (the User Options).

The advanced tab is generally used for connection specific things like
proxy settings, connect servers, and protocol specific items that are
specified per-connection and should not be changed frequently (if at all)
once they are originally set. (Note: In a quick look over the various
Advanced tabs there are a few things that look like they may not really
belong there, but for the most part they correspond to what I was just
 saying.)

And yes, the tab area would shift around as the extra fields for some
protocols get added and removed. One of the benefits to having the default
be something like AIM though is that since it is relatively simple (and
assuming people tend to hit the item they want when navigating the
dropdown) the dialog should only ever grow and only grow once.

Also, assuming my general mock-up is something we want to pursue I likely
wouldn't keep the Basic/Advanced names (though I don't have suggested
 alternatives at the moment).
