Comment:

 My comment was not intended to indicate that it is only Vista that has
 this policy and therefore this problem. If when you move the buddy list
 window around your screen you see the dialogs always centering themselves
 over the buddy list window then, as I stated, this is the Windows dialog
 placement policy in effect and is not something I think we should be
 working around. If you do not see the dialog windows behaving in the way I
 am suggesting they will then perhaps there is a real issue here. Try it
 out and report back.
