 Ok, so the release build of 2.5.1 has crashed out on me  ):

 I've downloaded the debug build, and it's stoically refusing to crash out
 on me as yet.

 Which basically means that I'm not very helpful -- sorry!

 As soon as I do get a crash, I will post a .RPT here. The debug build has
 run for about 2 days now, without issue.

 BTW, I don't know if it makes any difference, but I've installed the debug
 build to a different location -- normally, I just install the latest
 pidgin over the existing one.
