 I think it was because I attempted to install both the German Aspell and
 English Aspell in the same place [accidentally].  I'm guessing that there
 were obvious conflicts between the two, and since Opera was using Aspell
 at the same time, the entire Aspell installation could never be fully
 installed, because one of the .dlls was 'in use' by Opera.  Seems like an
 odd combination of unusual circumstances brought this up.
