Comment:

 If the mirror you chose doesn't have the file select another mirror, that
 link works just fine for me with my mirror. We don't control propagation
 of files to the SourceForge mirrors. We use SourceForge to host our
 downloads because they have the bandwidth and capacity to do that, our
 server does not.
