 Unfortunately I don't use Yahoo in any real way and so I cannot
 necessarily duplicate this, I also have no idea what buttons you mean when
 you said 'BLOCK and IGNORE'. Is that two buttons? Is that one button?
 Where is it/are they? What about the instructions in that link caused you
 trouble? If you indicate where you had difficulty we can help you get past
 that and possibly improve the instructions to help people like you in the
 future.
