Comment:

 There is no XMPP data in that first log, and no indication for the second
 log of which buddy is having the problem so we can know what part of it to
 look at. Please get the Debug Window output of moving the buddy again,
 indicate to us which buddy you tried to move and get the very next
 connection attempt for that account. Also, please disable all of your
 other accounts while doing this, it will cut down on the extraneous debug
 noise immensely.
