 1st, MSN supports "Show offline".

 2nd, the privacy option "Allow this users only to contact me" can be
 selected manually and works. The clue is to link this switch with the
 status selection, so that by the IM status "invisible" the privacy option
 for the MSN account switch from "Block this users" to "Allow this users
 only to contact me" in the same way it does for ICQ - it's the same
 option!

 3rd, the "invisible" mechanism is implemented as a whitelist blocker.
 Switching back to "Online" means switching back to blacklist blocker. It
 does not depend on supporting the privacy model of MSN, because this is a
 "simple" batch-blocking option.
