 I would like to file a bug report. I have found the issue already in the
 database, however it was closed automatically by the system. The bug is
 still present in Pidgin 2.5.1 and I have more information to add to the
 bug.

 In the short-term: Is it bug 4836, if you wouldn't mind reopening it for
 me, I'll get bug-reporting.

 In the long-term: Why can't I reopen a bug (while logged in)? Am we really
 supposed to file a new bug report for every bug that needs to be
 reopened?!
