 If pidgin (or guifications) incorrectly reports that status change that is
 something we should try to fix (assuming it is in fact incorrect and
 something that can be fixed). Technically, if they are idle on their
 computer and not idle on the phone then when the computer signs off they
 really are returning from idle, in that they are no longer idle at their
 main contact address. But that has little-to-nothing to do with the
 display of mobile buddies in the buddy list.
