 If you select text and drag it into a message window, the only place that
 dropping makes sense or does anything is the entry area, but the cursor
 changes to a "copy" pointer (dragging hand and plus sign) everywhere below
 the tab bar.  It should be a "can't drop here" hand everywhere except the
 entry area.
