 All pidgin icons are missing including protocol icons. I just get  little
 boxes with an 'X' in the middle of them. Avatars are missing completely.
 1st time I launch program after install everything is normal even if I am
 running as regular user. Every other time the icons are missing unless I
 am running as admin.

 System: Windows Vista Ultimate 32-bit SP1, Core2 2.33GHz, 2 GB
