 This ticket is associated with #6579.  I had an issue prior to 2.5.1 of
 Pidgin not being able to connect to MSN IM via a proxy.  Everything worked
 fine after 2.5.1 was released.  I am now back to seeing the same messages
 I saw prior to 2.5.1.  The last thing that happened was 9 updates through
 Windows Update that were applied to my laptop.
