 -Have a group "foo" with buddies in it, but none of them signed in.

 -Select "Show Empty Groups"

 -Ensure "Show Offline buddies" isn't checked.

 Result:
 "foo" shows up with a "+" expand button next to it, but because "Show
 Offline buddies" isn't checked, attempting to expand it will do nothing.
