 I tried several times. The remote user sends custom smiley just after MSN
 local user sign on the service. The ops's custom_smiley_add has been
 called and return TRUE. But no more call comes to custom_smiley_write.

 I attach the packet log recorded by Ethereal for reference. The packet 5
 has shown MSNSLP INVITE has sent, the MSN server also ACK. But no more
 packets sent from MSN server for further P2P connection.
