New description:

 I am not able to login into any accounts through a ISA proxy. I have tried
 changing the proxy port from 80 to 8080 and 403. Also, I have changed the
 protocol port of many of the above mentioned to 403, but I have failed so
 far. The error I am mostly getting is "Connection error: Server refused
 connection" after a long time trying to log in. Is there any work around
 for this? Before anyone brings up the subject, I am not able to install
 the official clients.
