 In Gnome, every icon in the notification area (system tray) is supposed to
 include the edge of the screen. But the Pidgin icon does not do so.
 Putting the pointer at the very edge above the Pidgin icon actually sends
 clicks to the notification area instead of the Pidgin icon.
