 In the original version of ICQ it's possible to choose whether the ICQ
 online status should be displayed on the ICQ web for everybody or if it
 should be hidden. On Pidgin however, this is always turned to hidden as
 soon as logging in. A plugin should be made that always controlling this
 web status indication.
