 Hi all,
 I run into a problem if I attempt to run pidgin.exe in Windows XP SP3 by
 placing it my Startup folder under C:\Documents and
 Settings\[useraccount]\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
 Every time I start windows, I receive the following textbox error:

 ---------------------------
 Error
 ---------------------------
 Error loading pidgin.dll.
 Error: (126) The specified module could not be found.


 This probably means that GTK+ can't be found.
 ---------------------------
 OK
 ---------------------------

 However, I am able to run pidgin after my computer run all of the programs
 at startup. I have GIMP 2.0 installed and suspect t
 Steps Taken:

 1. I have successfully reinstalled GIMP from
 http://voxel.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/gimp-
 win/gimp-2.4.7-i686-setup.exe which I believe reinstalls GTK+.

 2. I also downloaded the GTK+ bundle from
 http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/gnome/binaries/win32/gtk+/2.14/gtk+-bundle_2.14.2-20080919_win32.zip
 and successfully ran gtk-demo.exe from the bin directory as instructed in
 the readme. so I do not think there are any problems with my GTK+.

 3. I searched the database and found a similar ticket that was auto-closed
 and didn't seem to link to my existing here:

 I have not reinstalled pidgin yet, because I suspect the problem will
 still exist, but am happy to troubleshoot further on this problem. I
 haven't found anything useful in the debug log when I checked out the
 instructions for how to submit a bug here.
