 Steps to reproduce:

 1. Open a chat or IRC window

 2. Use the keyboard to move focus from the text area to the conversation
 history and/or user list.

 Expected results: You would be able to use the keyboard to move focus to
 the conversation history and/or user list.

 Actual results: It seems that using the mouse to click in the desired area
 is the only way to move focus there.*

 *This bug does not exist in Pidgin 2.3.1 and earlier: One could use
 Shift+F6 to move focus. Beginning in version 2.4, Shift+F6 no longer
 works. I've not been able to find a different keystroke which has taken
 its place.

 This bug represents a regression in accessibility for users who are blind
 because it is no longer possible to use the keyboard to move to the chat
 history to review what's there via a screen reader. Nor is it possible to
 move focus to the list of users to see who is present in the room, send
 files, etc.
