 A buddy marked to be shown while offline is not always shown when offline.

 Gentoo ~amd64, 2.5.1.

 imagebefore.gif is on starting pidgin

 image.gif is after showing all offline buddies from the menu, then
 demonstrating that one of the users is meant to be shown while offline

 imageafter.gif is after turning off show all offline buddies. The problem
 is now 'fixed' for the remainder of the session.
