 When I start pidgin, after it goes through the auto-login precedure, for
 googletalk, msn and facebook-chat, it crashes when I try to expand one of
 my contact groups (I tried several, none of them the facebook group which
 contains all my facebook contacts).

 After the application stopped responding and the application window went
 blank, I killed the application (also when I ran with gdb to get a
 backtrace).

 I got the followin output from gdb when I wrote "bt full":

 }}}
 That was after I killed the pidgin process itself after it stopped
 responding.
