 It won't be there unless it is crashing (which, if you see a `pidgin.exe`
 process in the task manager, isn't happening).

 It looks like it might be hanging somehow related to loading the bonjour
 plugin.  Try deleting `C:\Program Files\Pidgin\plugins\libbonjour.dll` to
 see if it prevents the hanging.
