Comment:

 I finally got a XFR 0 today again and it seems that still one piece is
 missing to fix it.

 After being sent to the new server no status is set (No C: NS 000: CHG 11
 AWY) and this means that you can't send messages and the status list won't
 get updated. When trying to send a message I got a xfr_error 913(Message
 could not be sent, not allowed while invisible reported to me). When I got
 this error I changed status and 5+ users came online and I could send the
 message.

 So setting the status again after a XFR 0 will hopefully fix this 100%.
