Comment(by js):

 Yes, we can just create and activate a list and call that
 libpurple_invisible for example. And if you fear that two Pidgins could
 override their lists, we could attach an UUID to the name. We could create
 this list as not activated by default, but activate it when we want to be
 invisible.
