 I resize my buddy list window much thinner so that only Buddies, Accounts,
 and Tools are visible (help is missing). The scroll bar is right below
 half of the word Tools. If I click on tools anywhere above the scrollbar
 the dropdown menu does not appear until I move my cursor to the left so
 that it is not above the scroll bar.

 I have attached a screen-shot of how my buddy list is resized. Please ask
 if unclear. This is very minor.
