 Add ability to set max size on disk of chat logs and ability to manage
 logs.  It seems that there is no way (from the gui) to manage the chat
 logs other than on a one at a time basis.  It would be nice if chat
 logging could be managed on a more global scale.  For example having the
 ability to delete all chat logs at one time and/or the ability to delete a
 group of logs.  For example, delete all logs in a specific buddy group.
 Being able to view each log from a common gui would be nice too.  The
 current version requires that you know the user's name in order to view a
 log.
